What do I do if I have forgotten my password?

When is the entry deadline?
The IWC Industry Awards UK 2024 will close for entries on 18 April 2024.

Can I enter the Regional industry awards?

Entrants of single, multiple and large multiple retailers of the year categories, whose sites are all located in the same region, will automatically be nominated for a regional award. For eligible companies, this means one entry will put you in the running for two awards.

The retailer from each region with the highest score in their entered category will be the regional winner.

The winner of regional categories will be announced before the awards event, and their certificate will be posted shortly after the announcement.

The regions are: 

Northern England: County Durham, Northumberland, North Yorkshire, Tyne and Wear, Cheshire, Cumbria, Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Merseyside, East Riding of Yorkshire, South Yorkshire, West Yorkshire

Central England: Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire, Nottinghamshire, Rutland, Herefordshire, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Warwickshire, West Midlands, Worcestershire

Eastern England: Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Norfolk, Suffolk

South East: Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, East Sussex, Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Kent, Oxfordshire, Surrey, West Sussex

South West: Bristol, Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Gloucestershire, Somerset, Wiltshire

London: London

Northern Ireland: Northern Ireland

Can I enter multiple award categories? Yes, as long as your company meets the entry criteria for that award category. When you enter an award category, an order is generated. You may add multiple awards to that order, but you can only do this before you submit and pay for your order.

Can I amend the supporting material for my entry once it has been uploaded? Yes, you can amend and add to the supporting material for your entry until the entry deadline of 18 April 2024.

How much do the awards cost to enter?
All Retail Specialist of the Year categories, Rosé Retailer of the Year, Sake Retailer of the Year, Sparkling Retailer of the Year, Single to Multiple Site Retailer of the Year: £93

Agent of the Year, Buying Team of the Year, On-Trade Wine Supplier of the Year, Trade Educator of the Year, Consumer Educator of the Year, Wine Club of the Year, Large Multiple Retailer of the Year (more than ten physical stores), Online Retailer of the Year: £185

Supermarket of the Year: £270

Restaurant Wine List of the Year & Fine Dining Restaurant Wine List of the Year – Contemporary: Free to enter

What methods are available to pay for my entry? Online payment can be made by swift. You can also request an invoice. Invoices can be paid by credit card, cheque or bank transfer. Payments by cheque should be made payable to "William Reed  Ltd".

If I have completed an order can I still enter another award category? Yes, you will still be able to enter another award. A new order will be generated for this award category. When you go to the ‘Entry Summary’ page, you will see the completed order and the new ‘open’ order.

How can I cancel my entry? If you want to cancel your entry, you must email the team with your company name and the name of the award/s you entered on or before 18 April 2024. Entries cancelled after this date will not be refunded.

When will the competition be judged?
May 2024

When are the finalists announced?

Finalists will be announced end of May 2024. Successful companies are notified via email and on the IWC Industry Awards website.

When are the winners announced? Winners will be announced at the IWC Awards on 9th July 2024. Successful companies are notified via email and on the IWC Industry Awards website.

What do I receive if I am a finalist for or win an award? All shortlisted and winning companies will be sent award logos to the email address registered to their IWC Industry Awards account.
